The Next Generation of Women Leaders

NCBW believes that mentoring is a strategic intervention that provides a way to multiply collaboration through partnerships. NCBW wants our youth to be equipped with the valuable knowledge and skills that students attain by studying science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.).

NCBW delivers support services that help youth achieve their educational goals. By supporting positive experiences, fostering a positive self-perception and self-respect, encouraging excellence in education and promoting the pursuit of positive lifelong goals, NCBW is creating future leaders.

NCBWOC’s Next Generation of Women Leaders is an educational program designed to provide African American high school girls with strategies that promote STEAM, educational success, financial literacy, leadership development, and servant leadership. This nine-month program highlights who they are and who they can become as leaders and women.
